What is graphic design?

The art & skill of combining text, photos, and illustrations used for brand, advertising and promotional means. (examples are posters, brochures, flyers, booklets, etc.)

What is 3D design?

process of developing a three-dimensional model using specific computer softwares based on 2D elements such as technical drawings or images.

What files are needed for printing purposes only?

For 3D printing purposes - We need a .stl file

For graphic design material printing - We need .pdf files or ,jpg (only high resolution)

Can you print on t-shirts, or other clothing items?

Yes, we offer embroidery, screen printing, and heat press printing.

There are limitations on materials and volume, please call the office to ensure

availability.

Do you offer 3D scanning?

Yes, we offer 3D scanning in office, however size of job can vary on quality.

How long does the printing process take?

Printing for either 3D or graphic design materials vary on project and project volume. Overall estimate on basic jobs can take from 3 to 5 business days, but again this is NOT guaranteed and can vary based on project type. 

What is the design process, what does it entail?

In this document you will find the steps we take to create or modify any design files and the files we provide you once the projects are completed.

Can you copy, fax, or print basic documents?

Yes we offer all three! Visit our office to print, scan, copy or fax in full color or black & white on the same day.
